Michael Phelps, the U.S. swimmer who won eight gold medals at the Beijing Olympics, arrives Wednesday at Millennium Park in Chicago for "The Oprah Winfrey Show." Winfrey gathered Olympic medalists at the Pritzker Pavilion in Chicago for a celebration to welcome home U.S. competitors.
